ExecutiveFounded in 2026 in Chicago, Illinois, Mount Clinical Research was built from the outset around direct physician involvement, in-house bioanalytical science, and AI-native infrastructure.
Our mission
Mount Clinical Research exists to accelerate the translation of medical innovation into patient care. We do that by combining direct physician leadership, an in-house bioanalytical laboratory, and AI-powered analysis under a single roof — removing the coordination overhead and turnaround delays that slow down traditional multi-vendor trial models.
We are a Wyoming corporation operating a physical clinical and laboratory site in Cook County, Chicago, chosen deliberately for its demographic diversity, disease burden relevant to our therapeutic focus areas, and access to a deep talent pool across academic medical centers.
Our vision
As AI moves from experimental tooling to an expected part of regulatory-grade evidence generation, we intend to be a reference point for what a research site built around that shift looks like from day one — not a legacy operation retrofitting AI onto systems designed a decade earlier.
That means named human review of every automated workflow, transparent sponsor disclosure of every AI tool in use, and continued investment in platforms like FlowAutoGate™ that make our own operations faster without compromising auditability.

What we stand for
Every therapeutic area is overseen by a board-certified or board-eligible specialist serving as Principal Investigator, Sub-Investigator, or clinical consultant — not administrative staff interpreting protocols secondhand.
Because our site was established in 2026, every SOP and data workflow was designed with AI-assisted review built in from the first patient, not retrofitted onto legacy systems.
Our in-house bioanalytical laboratory removes the shipping delays and chain-of-custody risk of third-party labs, keeping immunogenicity data close to the clinical team generating it.
Every AI workflow we operate has a named human reviewer. We disclose every AI tool used in sponsored trials and publish an annual AI transparency report.
Leadership team
Nine professionals spanning anesthesiology and pain medicine, neurosurgery, psychiatry, nursing science, pharmacy, and bioanalytical science.
